Deck Diagnostics, or "Deck Doctor," is a Home Dev Co Division pushing to help landlords meet the SB-721 mandatory inspection deadline of January 1, 2026. The law mandates inspections in order to assess if a structure possess an immediate threat.
If so, action must be taken right away!
